Update 2011 & The Future
Hello All,
I haven’t posted on this blog in quite some time and the follower count has dropped significantly. I suppose that’s to be expected with the way posts just trailed off. Just wanted to pop in and say it’s not over. I recently graduated college so that’s where all my time went and why none of it went towards WBFL. I’m in the middle of trying to fund raise for another trip this time hopefully to the midwest and west coast. I learned so much about filming and interacting with people the first go round and I’d love to do it again, provided the interest is there. Right now I’m working on getting new equipment as well, shooting with tape is great because it’s archival but it also holds me back.
A lot of you seemed to really like what I put together, but honestly I don’t feel like I did even a decent job capturing what I wanted to. It was a learning experience but I want to do it right. Within the next few months I’m going to begin working on revamping the website, re-cutting the footage and putting together a proposal for this to happen again.
Don’t let this be the end of WBFL because without you it can’t happen.
